jqChart date time axis show previous date

Hi ,

I am using jqChart with DateTimeAxis and LinearAxis. I am showing data from Jan 1, 2014 to till date.
But jqChart shows previous month date 12/29/2013 as well. I tried to set the date format to "mmm,yyyy" but it still show 'December, 2013' in datetime axis.
Please let me know how could I fix this. Currently I am using trial version and will purchase if I can customize it the say I want to.

Also you can set the minimum date of the date time axis to Jan 1, 2014:

Hello Dragan,

Thanks for the quick reply but this doesn't answers my question. I need to remove the unwanted date coming at the beginning of the X-axis i.e. datetime axis. How can I remove that date.

The graph shows date on X-axis like

Dec, 2013 Jan, 2014 Feb, 2014, Mar, 2014 Apr, 2014 May, 2014 Jun, 2014.

I don't want the first date i.e. Dec, 2013 as data is Jan, 2014 onward only.

I set the minimum date but now it displays Jan, 2014 twice on datetime X-axis.

You can remove your labels formatting, so the labels will show and the exact day, not only month and year.

I need to show month and year only that too once for a month. If this is not possible then can tell me a way to show first day of each month only not all dates. e.g. Jan 1, 2014 Feb 1, 2014

In this case you can set these options to your date time axis:

interval: 1,
intervalType: 'months'
