I want to put a degree symbol in an annotation on a radialgauge is there a way to do this?
I have tried:
the degree symbol (copied from charmap),
Code:
°

and
Code:
°

None of which seem to be working.
I am using: jqDataVisualizationJQueryPlugin_4_0_0_0_Release

You can simply put:

Code:
text: '20°'

I have tried that too, I just get
Quote:
20

EDIT: Turns out my html file was not saved in UTF-8 format (no byte order mark), fixed it.

Is there a reason the annotations do not support using the
Code:
°
and other replacement characters?

It is up to the HTML5 Canvas text rendering. It seems that it doen't support these characters.
