Hi all, first post here.
Is it possible to add a second or evne a third background color to a chart.

something like this

You can use axis the plot bands functionality:

i can see what you mean, but its not quite what im after, I need to have different colors in the horizontal band.. do you have another suggestion? thanks

The plot bands/lines can be specified for the horizontal (x)axis as well.

Now we’ve checked that in jqChart for ASP.NET MVC you can't specify the “From” and “To” values of the Plot Band as DateTime values. We’ve fixed this. I’ve sent you an email with more information.
