I tried to make a candlestick chart with three intraday data, but the chart still showed empty hours and minutes between any two intradays. Is there a way to avoid this? Thanks!

Currently jqChart supports skipping empty days only:

http://www.jqchart.com/jquery/chart/FinancialCharts/SkipEmptyDays

In your case you can add your date time values as strings (using category axis), so you want have any gaps between your data.

Hello, dragan. I have a small question: when I use category as the bottom axis, do I have to use the date/time strings for the 'categories' parameter? Thanks!

I tried using strings in the dataitem.x of the candlestick chart, and the chart is terribly skewed and moved out of the border.

Hi,

is it possible to send us (to support@jqchart.com ) a working sample, so we can look at it?
