Is it possible to move the location of the zoom control toolbox that appears when you mouse over the graph (with zooming enabled)?

With our datasets, a rather important part will often be covered by these tools, and it would be nice to move it to the top left corner of the graph.

I've attached a screen shot so you can see what I mean.
