Can someone please tell me how to set background image for pie chart area?

Currently, you can set a background image of div element in which the jqChart is rendering:

I have created JavaScript Charts for one of my reports and I want to change the color of background image along with giving it zooming effect.How can I do it?
Also if I want change the appearance how can it be done?

If my chart is having many data points and if I click at certain area of my chart then by mouse clicking or dragging the area I want zoom in.
And to change the appearance of chart. javascript chart
