If a jQuery slideToggle command is issued on a group of html elements that appear on the page above the jqChart, causing them to be hidden, the position of the jqChart below these elements moves as a result of the sliding animation. However, the mouseover area which jQuery responds to remains in its previous position. Therefore the highlighting and tooltip features of chart no longer react and correspond to the cursor's position over the chart in its new location. Moving the cursor down to the chart's old position below its new position causes the chart to respond as though the cursor were over the chart.
